The HUXWRX Flow 22 Ti is a fully 3D-printed Grade 5 titanium rimfire suppressor built around HUXWRX's patented Flow-Through gas management system. It weighs 3.9 oz (111g), measures 5.53 inches in length, and has a 1.06-inch outer diameter. It threads directly onto any 1/2x28 host with no barrel length restrictions and is full-auto rated across .22 LR, .22 Mag, .17 HMR, and 5.7x28. The finish is high-temp Cerakote rated to 1,800°F in Black or FDE. The Flow 22 Ti ships with a dedicated wrench and carries HUXWRX's limited lifetime warranty.
Features and Benefits
- Fully 3D-printed in Grade 5 titanium — additive manufacturing is what makes the Flow-Through baffle architecture possible at this weight. No other construction method produces this combination of geometry, strength, and 3.9 oz total weight in a titanium rimfire can
- Patented Flow-Through gas management: the baffle stack is engineered to vent combustion gases forward rather than cycling them back into the action, which reduces blowback to the shooter's face, keeps the host firearm's action cleaner, and supports consistent cycling in semi-auto platforms
- No barrel length restrictions across all supported calibers — runs on pistols and rifles regardless of barrel length
- Full-auto rated for sustained fire applications
- Caliber coverage from .22 LR and .22 Mag through .17 HMR and 5.7x28 — one suppressor for the entire rimfire battery plus 5.7
- 1/2x28 direct-thread mount with a recommended installation torque of 125 in-lbf (10 ft-lbf / 12.5 Nm); standard 3/4-inch wrench fits the hex flats
- Cerakote finish withstands temperatures up to 1,800°F for sustained fire durability
- Available in Black or FDE (Flat Dark Earth)
- Limited lifetime warranty from HUXWRX Safety Co. against manufacturing defects and damage from normal use
